Email support

Include your app version, iOS or iPadOS version, and what happened. Never send passwords, verification codes, or sensitive family information.

Joining your household

Sign in with the email that received your invitation, or use the invitation code. If you use Apple’s Hide My Email, give the inviting adult the relay address shown in your Tandem account.

Getting reminders

Check your notification preferences in Tandem and notification permissions in your device’s Settings. Quiet hours can defer reminders. Tasks with a date but no specific time appear in the daily summary.

Managing family information

Household adults can manage family-member profiles. Contacts can be linked to more than one family member, so a shared doctor or teacher only needs one entry.

Deleting your account

In Tandem, open Household → Account settings → Delete account. You may need to sign in again or transfer administrator access first. When other adults remain, shared household records remain available to them. See our privacy policy for details.
